someone is able to see my files

i need help!! Some guy told me that he was able to get into my computer (from another computer) and told me the pictures I have in my computer. I need to secure my pc and fast, someone please help

Have you tried using a firewall???
Just donwload a firewall and ur PC will be protected
I think u can download it at www.zonealarm.com or just google search

That might help indeed, but make sure you got an up to dat virus scanner running... You might have a trojan in yer puter allready. If that won't help either then you better go and make use of the Windows installation disc once more... (Don't forget the Firewall and Virusscanner this time, LOL)

make sure you have a password for all of your user accounts on the pc. They may just be mapping a drive to your C$ drive.
If you are running xp, enable the built in firewall under your network properties.
