We keep receiving harrassing emaisl from someone and would like to find out who they are. Any ideas?

if they are not using something like anon u just need to look in the e-mail headers, there u can see the ISP they r using and the IP address, hope that may help.

But once you find an IP how would you find out who owns the email address in the case that it was sent from a public place like a library?
