Monitor IP Packects

How can anyone see my packects on internet.
Example:
When I send an email, is there anyway to monitor the ip packets that refers to the email.

This must be done without install any Spy tool on my local network

This is nearly impossible, but there is a chance that such spyware (sniffing) programs may be installed on the route to the mail server, in the mail server's local network and such.

As i already told this is nearly impossible, so you don't need to worry.

If you still fear that your mail may be read on the route to recipient, consider using pgp encryption (The Bat! has this feature).
