Bypass Proxy Servers

I am using "tracert" command on my PC but it is giving timeout error after the first hop. Can anyone plz help me how to resolve this problem?

I guess its because of the proxy. If yes, then how do I bypass my proxy server to get the correct output.

I am a student and need this output urgently for my assignment. Please help me
