Can't Open any Microsoft Office Programs

I use Windows 7 OS. Recently I have not been able to open any Microsoft Office Applications. The error that pops up when trying to open Word or Excel is C:\Program Files (x86) Microsoft Office\Office*2\WINWORD.EXE - No such interface supported.
I completely uninstalled Office and reinstalled to no avail. Same error.

Any ideas?

then maybe some files are missing try with another setup.
