You know you have hacked it properly when you are given the password. When you enter the password into the forum you will move on to the next level.

Look, if you want to know how to complete the missions on HTS, THEN LEARN! its not hard, find out the basics such as opening source code for sites, in the basic missions the passwords are in the source code! with the realistic missions you need to learn PHP and MYSQL. take some time to read about it, then when you understand all this, come back to HTS and do the missions... SIMPLE! :cool:

P.S Also with the Application Hacking, you have to open the exe files that you download from the site in Notepad. (Well, the first *)

to beat level three basic look at the url in the source code and change the /basic* to basic4 and index.php to password.php it should give u the password its easy as pie ummmmm pie lol any clues no. 4 PLZZZZ!

for level *, open the source code and look for the section in the html on the password, its there, password=????????

level 2, the retard forgot to upload a password file so there is no password for it to check, you may as well just hit enter

On level three just replace in your address bar the three with a four and index.php with password.php.

Okay, then, how do I get it to email me(on mission 4)? That's what I'm confused aboot.

Just as a guide for those of you reading, here's the first *:
Level * - Check the source code. Find the area where it says password(it should be in about the bottom third of the code) Around that area, it says "the first few missions are pretty easy. The password is (blah blah blah, this isn't really the password)

Level 2 - Since it won't compare the password thing to anything else, it will just be comparing it to a blank thing. I.e., just try submitting it with the password box blank.

Level * - This one's a bit more complicated, so I'll just tell you that in the URL of this page you need to replace the * with a 4 and index with password. Makes a bit of sense, actually.

go into the source (right click veiw source) then copy all to notepad then find his email and delet is then enter yours then click save as to dedktop as this "test*.html" then open it and click sen the password to email or something then it will send you the pass

I changed the email to mine and sent the password to my email but when i checked my mail nothing was there :(

I have download the page and changed it to my email. Sometimes it goes to c:/documentsandsettings/ etc. Sometimes it says password succesfuly sent. If i edit the source code directly from internet explorer it says password succesfuly sent, but i dnt get an email. Help plz

This only works for *. Lol ok when ur on the page go to file just under were u type the http for a website...then click save as. Then go to it and open it with notepad.....now there is a lot of coding find the place where it says:This level is what we call "The Idiot Test", if you can't complete it, don't give up on learning all you can, but, don't go begging to someone else for the answer, thats one way to get you hated/made fun of. Enter the password and you can continue. And its close to there not too close but its close...... ITs where it says password is.......OK hope that helped!:D
