Can i found what person that is behind an IP adress?

Hello i am really tired that a person many times makes a fuzz at my homepage, how can i find out who that person really is? I have his ip adress, but that doesent give me his name. Anyone that can help me?

I don't believe it is that simple. The ip address will get you the isp. It won't get you the person's name. You will need a court order for that.
I wonder if the original poster is still waiting for an answer after 7 years? :)
