IP and AOL-Members

Hi Folks, i got a simple question.

Is there any way to find out my AOL-Identity or real Adress by using my IP from a access-log of a website or a Chat? Can they find out my real identity?

If yes, how? Thnx

PS: I know, that this is often asked, but there are too many different opinions about this. So please can anyone give me a REAL answer?

Can a professional Web****** (stalking me) find out my real name via sending me html-links an logging IP?
