Hey dude you can go to www.whois.sc/2**.227.72.54 - its ip of sownet.pl
Do next thing to find why you connected to that host
go to regedit(Start==>Run==>regedit)
Press CTRL+F and type Sownet.pl - you will find something.
If its trojan or spy program go to www.ad-aware.com and remove that shit.
