why don't i get offline messages on yahoo

Hi friends
i had been facing a problem for some days that i wasnt getting any offline messege.. my friends said they sent me offline messages but i didnt get any...just to make sure... i signed in with another id and sent some messages on that yahoo id... when i signed back i got my offline messages.... now i have also changed my password..... can it be a problem with yahoo messenger or somebody knew my password?? did this happend to anyone else?

yeah someone prolly new your password and they got on as you and they got them and they dont show up again after you see them even if its not you...and even if they dont exit them out they still dont come up agian...sorry
