port 80 and port 8080

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
I have a DSL line with one static address at my business. Recently I bought 2 DVR'S networkable and I want to view them from home. I bought a cisco (linksys router) and put in the ISP's (AT&T) info in the router along with the two dvr's info which I setup as "IP address:80" and "IP address :8080".
Can you use both port 80 and port 8080 ? Locally I can view both but I can't view either from home.

Make sure you router is allowing traffic from port 80/8080 and point it to that server. Should be a simple fix.
