Command Prompt Calculator

I've written a script that converts URL's and IP's into Binary format but i have ran into a slight problem. The command prompt can only calculate up to a *2-bit number.

Has anyone ran accross a COMMAND LINE CALCULATOR that is more powerful?

ud probly have to change windows script cuz i dont think the standard windows calc. can even go higher than *2
