i got my friends ip and i nees help with getting to his computer ! i wrote his ip in the browser and is jist like an error message ! what to do please help !

It's not enough just to enter the IP number of your "friend", some friend you are BTW, you need to enter the port you'll be attempting to access like so:

http://*2*.456.78.*0:80

I say attempting to access because your "friends" machine isn't likely to be listening on port 80 unless he's hosting a webpage on his machine or something. More likely than not they've got a firewall running and willl block and log any attempt you make to access your "friends" machine anyway.
