Proxy address

I'm on a network which runs a proxy server behind a firewall. HOw can i find out teh host address/port of the proxy server?

I'm not quite sure what you ment, but if you use explorer you'll find your proxy URL and port number from view---> Internet options----> Connection.
But, probably you didn't mean that. Why do you need to know?

get to send a mail server frm behind the proxy to urself.
set option that u see all u r headers in ur mail and look for the ip address of the proxy.
