I know there is many ways to find out someones IP address.
But in some cases its blocked out, or replaced by Routers, IP Masking..ect

Is there anyway to find out someone's actual IP address, without having access to there PC?

I found it funny as he posted that in my other post as well.
But that's also why I like having a decent AV and 2 pop-up blockers.
