If you perform network throughput tests in WLANs or LANs, check out this new freeware tool:

When you run it in your WLAN, you'll learn that your new 802.**n Wi-Fi router with the official max seed of *00 Mbps gives you 50 or 60 Mbps of real TCP data transfer rate at best:-) And probably a bit better in case of UDP.
