Where to learn hacking? Not talking about simple things.

Just wondering if theres any irc channels or forums anyone can point me towards that talks about hacking/coding. Just about anyone who knows anything about anything learns at least some of it from listening to someone and building on that knowledge.

a great way to learn is from others source code modify them but always give them ****** !
