Find ALL of someones email addresses?

Hi to everyone!
There used to be a way to get all of someone's email addresses from just one, eg. providing their "official" email address and then getting all of the hotmail and yahoo type email addresses ever used by the same individual.
Is this still possible, and if so, how?

Is it possible to find out an IP address from an e-mail, who is sending the e-mail by using "Tor Browser". I badly need to find out. Can someone please help me out?

Yes it is possible to find the IP address through the email but for that you should tell what you want to find exactly. And you can use any browser no matter.
