They are some similar proxies such as:

22.**.44.8
22.**.44.*
22.**.44.*0
22.**.44.**
22.**.44.*2
22.**.44.**
22.**.44.*4
22.**.44.*5
If you use them to browser the online proxy checker such as:
http://info.my-proxy.com , you will find that actually all of them connect to the internet through one proxy, 22.**.44.* for example.

Brief Report
Your IP 22.**.44.*
...
Detail Information
REMOTE_ADDR 22.**.44.*
REMOTE_HOST 22.**.44.*
...

So if you want to be identified as two IP by the server, you should not use the gateway proxies. However it makes no difference if you only want to surf anonymously.

Forum Proxy Leecher (http://fpl.my-proxy.com) *.05 support "remove gateway proxies" when testing the proxies.

For example:
If you set your browser using the proxy "22.**.44.55:8080" but the online proxy checker http://info.my-proxy.com tell you that your IP is "22.**.44.*24", then the proxy "22.**.44.55:8080" is a gateway proxy.
