Does hotmail and yahoo block connections through telnet ?

If they don't which port should I connect to except 25 (Mail port) !

I read a question regarding a yahoo cookie life in the forum. It is 2 days.

Some Internet service providers will block port 25. If you experience ********* problems sending email, then you will need to use port 587 when sending via Yahoo!'s SMTP server. (smtp.mail.**********)

I dont know about hotmail though. Sorry.
