need help to figure out who this bitch is

i have been getting harrased for so long now......there are * different screen names(i think it is all * person though) 2hotmail *yahoo.............what can i do to figure out where this person is, or who the fuck it is........i have tried typing in the ip adress and got lat and longitude points, but when i typed them in on mapquest it was about a mile or two off of who i think it is..........................what can i do?????pleez help

physically you got him down to the mile...so you could in theory drive down there and do something.

He's only got the isp location (which is all you can get from tracing nearly all ip numbers), unless they have registered the ip address permanantly.

well then id call up the ISP...

or if you did some forensic investigation, he could go so far as to try to figure the house or name or something like that. And by the sounds of it, they have a suspicion of who they are...

But i would contact the isp as well as Yahoo and Hotmail about it.
