Check the date of file. Do you remember what you were doing then?
Right click on the file. Select properties. Maybe you can tell where it came from.
Have you ever ran AdAware for spyware on your system?: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Hi guys,
This is a file I've noticed just recently sitting in C:\
I will post its contents here with great reluctance:

It seems to update itself regularly.
I was thinking that maybe a de-crypting tool might help since its not a compiled binary file.
Maybe I worry too much and it's probably nothing.
It's just that I'm pretty good at keeping ***** of what files should and shouldn't be in the * main directories (C:\, Windows and System)
and this one caught my attention recently.
