extract iphone backup

HELLO,

Is there a program to extract iphone backup[/URL] or iPad backup ?
I lost my backup on my mac .. so I'm trying to access old backup on my Vista ! .. is there any special program or something ? I updated to the new iPad firmware so I can't backup from the old saved backup

Well, I have no knowledge about this, In fact I never thought of having a program to extract iphone backup. It would be great if I could ever have that program.
