Question About Ardamax Keylogger

Am using ardamax keylogger and i have sent it to the victim to hack his online game account..any way
i have already sent it to him and i get alot from the things he type but i didnt get user name and password
am using DriveHQ.com
what is wrong? i make remote installation right but it didnt get the id and password aswell....please help me :(:(

The things you are doing wrong is installing a keylogger on someones computer without permission and trying to steal passwords.
We don't support that here.
