Help Needed!!!

i downloaded a program off the www.IM-names.com and then wen i click on my internet all i see is white screen and it takes * minute to load and while this is happening i see a TMP file on my desktop and wen i try to delete it i cant beacause i think the internet is using it, but wen the internet is loaded the files is gone. can someone tell me what to do?...

Well done my friend, you have just gotten yourself a virus.
Ill tell you how to sort this out though because i am nice:
Dont download crappy things saying they will give you instant messenger names.
