taper

I've been trying to record VOIP calls with Cain&Abel, but without success.
The calls appear in the VOIP section of the sniffer, but once the call is
completed, all I get is "Codec not supported" and the wav file is not saved. However, if I make a call and there is nobody answering, and then put the phone off hook, it has indeed recorded and saved a single "beep" (someone like 2 seconds), and the status field is left blank instead of displaying
"Codec not supported".
The codec reported is G72*, 8khz, Mono and according to the Cain&Abel manual this codec should actually be supported. So, why doesn't it work?
We're running Ericsson IP-phones here, and nobody would be happier than me if it was impossible to tap them. However, I am most sure it's just me who is screwing up. Since I'm in charge of the IP phones here, it would be kinda nice to know.
So, any tips?
