Sockscap + IP Scanner

Dear friends,

How are you?

My problem is, that i can not connect sockscap with a IP Scanner, i
have * very well working Socks-proxies and if i start i. e. Internet
Explorer with them, it's no problem!!!

I read all tutorials about Sockscap, socks-proxies and so on!!!

Perhaps i need a very fast socks-proxy? I do not know?
