Any Email/Chat/Keylogger that is legit and not removed by Antivirus?

Hi. I need a parental program that is legit that virus scanners like kaspersky / ewido / adaware / etc wont remove. I want it to send info to my mail. I have total access to our computer at home and i can install it myself. I want it to have as much features as possible that i can customize like websites visited, chat, keylog, etc.

any s***estions?

Why are you needing something like that? Doing something you should'nt be doing? Trying to get some passwords?
