Try Googling it, I did an' got a whole bunch. I don't want to post one, because you might not like it's interface and such. Don't worry, there are spammer tools a'plenty

$4**? People would have to be stupid to pay even $* for such a tool.

It would take me less than a day to research the aol protocol and write a program which logs in to the AIM service using a specified account and sends a message to whoever I tell it to.

Try looking harder. I'm sure a lot of apps have been written to degrade AOLers' service.
