There is really nothing "safe" to do. You have to keep searching for proxies that work. You are running the risk of getting in trouble.

you could also check the hosts file and see if they blocked it from there.

nevermind, looks like a dedicated hardware routing filter... in case you hadnt bothered to google:

finding a working web based proxy (like guardster or anonymizer) or is your best bet, excluding remote access to your machine.
