Getting STREET address from IP address?

My girlfriend had an hacker into her computer and he ruined everything he took all her pictures and now he's calling her on her cellphone and homephone from her own cell phone number(don't ask me how) and I was wondering if any of you could help me IF I get his IP address on finding his real street address....
