sulfnbk.exe ?

hello today some buddy of mine msged me
and told me that the file sulfnbk.exe
contains a virus that will be active
later on this week now i ren a check
on it and its located in the c:/windows/command dir and i think it's a joke but today you never now and it not infected with a virus acording to my antivirus so what is the perpese of this file in windows anybody?
and might it be a Trojan ?
