please let me upload a file to it (a flash file .swf)? it would be greatly apriciated. and the site needs to be able to allow anything so im not talking about a free subdomain sight im just talking about someone who is hosting there own website

Free hosting services usually allow all filetypes; try a site like this:

I think even Imageshack allows you to upload SWF files.

i use photobucket for my .swf files it works pretty good just upload it as a picture or if its just a cartoon with no action script export it as an avi and then export the sound and put them back together in a video editing program it seemed to work pretty good for me ive done both several times

Nothing is free, you better pay them some amount of ***** you cant just expect someone to let you load unknown files to there site without knowing a reason and not being paid nor knowing what the file is gonna do.

Yeah, you're probably not gonna find someone generous enough to host that for you. My host charges me for every MB of bandwidth I use, so I'm even avoiding hosting large PDF files to lower costs.

Rather than give you a fish, I thought Id teach you to fish.

Why not make your own webserver for free?
I made a video on it thats not hard to understand and can get you up and running in about 7 minutes total.
