say i wanted to make a fake login screen for a website and is it possible that you can make the address bar say anything you want? for example if i made one for yahoo or something the url for the fake login screen would like identical to the real one? Im thinking maybe there is some kind of javascript that can do this?

No, that would be a huge security vulnerability, and as far as I know there aren't any known exploits for that purpose at the moment.
