Fast Spreading Virus or Virus's/Keylogger

I was wondering if theres a Fast Spreading Virus or Virus's that even if you delete the program its attatched to it will stay in a hidden location deep. Also its going through MSN so I need one that doesnt get detected by it. either that or a keylogger but how do u watch someone elses screen and attatch it to a program a Keystroke and Screen Watch one. also how do u make the keylogger info on the other persons com info come to urs?
