banned can not post on sports forum

first of all, this message is directed to everyone my IP address was
banned on a sports forum Freewinners.com I can just log into the site
with my username and password but can't post anything it says This IP
address has been banned from the community. can I change my IP address
and actually that shouldn't be necessary since they could just unban my
IP address to give me the chance to post again. any ideas to let me post

If you're logging in with the same username, of course that account will be banned no matter what IP address you connect with.
