Finding IP address of the host beyond proxy

I'm developing an application, netmeeting sort of thing. For that I wanted to find the IP address of the host wich is behind the proxy to enable filesharing.

Can anyone help me how to catch an IP address of a computer behind firewall.

SERVICES , afew of which i know is

www.web2ftp.com

it permits file sharing behind a proxy but the request is initiated frm behind the proxy.

Such an application,as far as I ca say,if u can get the mac address to go for behind the proxy u can uniquely identify the termianal.

there is also another site called www.real*****er.com
they assign unique id cookies on the local machine.
