Help me fight a attack on my site

I have a forum.
There is one enemy of mine who is trying to crash my server and hack things.
Pls tell me how to spam his site(he has a forum too, self coded) and crash his server.
As attack is best defence.

If he's coded his own forum, he's probably smart enough to win if you begin some sort of e-war.

Do you mean he actually wrote it, or simply installed a forum package like PHPBB? The latter is simple enough for anyone to do.

If you post a link (separated by spaces so he doesn't find your post), perhaps we can take a look at things.
