If I buy file-binder will it still stay in .exe? Im trying to get it into .jpg so i can act like its a picture, but its actually something dirty!

No, you can not. Your OS won't execute code from non-executable programs.

In the case of a .jpg file, the computer would open the file and look for the PE-header, and think "what the fuck is this" followed by abrupt cessation of execution of the 'program'.

Also, can you stop making repeat posts/threads about Ardamax? One is all you need.
