spytector e-mail help

I think my girlfriend might be cheating on me with a guy I know, i don't want to ruin things by asking but I can't exactly trust her after something i forgave her for doing a wile ago. I downloaded spytector and i want to be able to see if he is talking with my girlfriend over the web so i know i have to send him something in an e-mail but im not exactly sure as to what i send him or how to use spytector in any way. Can anyone help?
