im a newbie and i need some help.
Im trying to create a c++ document but i cant.when i open it,it say that its an ilegal document.
Is it illegal to make c++ documents???:confused:

You need to download a C++ compiler to make C++ code into executable files. Here is a link to a good one I've used:

It isn't illegal to make C++ 'documents'.
