shutdown script as an exe?

Hey how can i make a shutdown script in say notepad and save it as an exe file run it then it shutsdown the system

You could make a shortcut to shutdown.exe.

got that now how can i make it auto loop like im guessing i put %homepath%\start menu\startup\ somewhere but i dont know where
