need help with prorat ProConnective

i open all prorat ports in my router page
4**0, 4**2, 5**0, 5**2, 4**00, 5**00
all of them
i test the ProConnective using get wan ip form prorat but i keep getin this erorr:
the ProConnective notification test message can't be delivered
then i use no-ip and did evey thing right and i enter my adress @ no-ip in the ProConnective notification and the same erorr:
the ProConnective notification test message can't be delivered
but when i enter my on adress on the network
which is *0.0.0.*
and try.it work and sound said user is online
i don't know what is wrong
i use speedtouch 5*0 router
router page adress :*0.0.0.**8
