What if somewere were to purchase the "Anonymizer" or any other good anonymous proxy and while they were surfing they actually go from the "Anonymizer" to a website that has a free anonyumous proxy avaiable and they use that from the "Anonymizer". Would'nt the protection be stronger? Would that work?

Hi
proxy chaining is known to provide a better way to "hide" the real IP of the user.
When you (PC) connect to a HOST (H) (PC) --> (H)
then (H) can see your real IP
When you go thru a proxy (PC)-->(P*)-->(H)
then (H) will see (P*) IP provided than you disable ActiveX, java etc..
Chaining proxies like that (PC)-->(P*)-->(P2)-->(H)
then (H) will see (P2) IP and in case of further investigation will eventually get (P*) IP.
As you notice, this make it harder to (H) to get the real (PC) IP.
the above is ONLY valid if the used proxies are anonymous.
