If anyone can give me one or tell me how I can find them. I would be greatful.

Hi and welcome.

Simply stated, a proxy is another person's computer. You do all your Internet activity from his computer, *by proxy,* instead of your own. That way all your ISP and the sites you visit see is his computer, not yours. Using a proxy is the way of going places anonymously--provided the proxy itself is anonymous (not all are).

Oh yeah, for Russian proxies look for ".ru" near the end of the address.
