ip adress and program I heard about

Ok, so here's the deal. I have this guy, I like him, but he lives in another state. He wants to meet me, but something doesn't feel right. I don't want something to happen. I was told once, that there are programs where u can look up what state someone lives in and what their age is. If I can, is there a program I can use that is free? I kind of know what I'm doing, but for sure, I want to look up his ip adress. How do I do that?

The ip address locate tools will only put your isp location, not your real location. This one http://visualiptrace.visualware.com/ puts me about 20 miles away, and puts you in Dallas.

Be wary, internet predators are deceitful and skillful at what they do. That person could be the opposite of what you expect.
