IP addresses and MSN Messenger

Is it possible to detect what ip address chat is being sent to when using MSN Messenger? What would be the best tools for such a task? Unfortunately, I'm at work and behind a proxy server so I can't fool around much until I'm at home. Thanks

go to dos prompt and type netstat -na

do a whois on the ip address and u will kno the ip of msn :)
