Internet anonymisers - fast, cheap

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience of using VPNs to connect to the internet anonymously? I've got a mate who uses one from http://www.inviziweb.com which he says is fast, anonymous and cheap.

Anyone got any feedback as to what they think is the best - particulary from those listed on this site..
