OK. It isn't strictly a NET related issue. It's more a Windows issue of Privacy. But, if you've ever looked at the DTC Log, it could report what you had for breakfast a year ago. I'm not kidding about the detail of the DTC log. AND it has nothing to do with DTC!!!
It reports what you installed, what you excecuted, when you signed onm when you logged off, what failed, what didn't fail, AND NONE of it NEED be within a ***********!!!
Talk about Privacy???
You know, anyone with Windows goes to Microsoft for updates. Ass such, Microsoft is given certain prvilidged access to your PC to install the updates, AND access your files too.
Think you got privacy? Think again.
Anytime your signed on as a member of the Admin group and on the net, like I am now.... 4get privacy! Anyone can do what they want. Windows is made to be hacked! LOL!
Or how about the "Recent Files" directory?? Write a personal; note to someone??? How about the History Directories??? Visit a Porn Site lately, or someother site with personal info on you, such as your ****** card#, that some idiot would love to get a hold of to screw you personally??
Alls I can say is: Privacy on the Net is an illusion, and perhaps it's best that way. I don't wnat folks like Bin Laden being able to roam the halls of the Internet freely anyway. So I'm willing to let the FBI know I went to a porn site. Big deal!!!!
