msn messager chat logs exposed

Hi, I use msn messager frequently and has disabled chat logs. However someone was able to retreive all my chat logs with the use of my password and IP address. How is possible and how do i delete the chat logs from the source?

Some one has installed a software on ur computer to record all the chat conversations .check ur computer for it

Thanks for the reply. But how do I check if its a program installed into my pc without my knowledge? Recently, I heard that the chats can actually be retrieved somewhere in cyberspace too as long as the person have your IP address and msn password??? Need help and badly confuse. I am sure all u IT experts out there shd be able to provide an explanation.

there is a utility called filemon for windows machines that allow you to have a look at all read write operations ,try chatting and look at the filemon logs for suspicious activities.
